Do you think it would be safe to hire a cheap ghostwriter to work on the research proposal? A friend of mine is doing his Ph.D. and he is doing all the research work to get his paper published in a journal. He wants the proposal of the research paper to be written in good quality but due to lack of time, he planned on taking the cheap ghostwriting services for the proposal. I am not sure whether he has selected the safe option or not. My personal opinion was that he should spend a little more money and get an affordable ghostwriter who could at least provide the quality work. What are your views on this?
